Where
Why
We have discovered that yoga makes us feel amazing, physically, mentally, and emotionally, but in our demanding lives, it can be hard to maintain a self-guided practice. It becomes much easier when we have a group to practice with regularly.
We find that just 30 minutes of mindful practices in the morning is a great way to get aligned with what we want for the day.
In our 30-minute session, we move, stretch, and strengthen with yogasana, and we always take at least a few minutes to sit in quiet meditation, the often-overlooked side of yoga that has so much to offer.
