Chelsea’s classes are gentle and friendly for all levels, but will also provide some challenge for everyone. She is very attuned to anatomy and works with each student to make the poses work for their individual body.

Yoga with Chelsea is calming and centering. I find that her class is deceptively strengthening in my situation. We have begun with the smallest building blocks of yoga and progressed by adding to these positions and creating something even more. It is challenging without being infuriating....all because of the way Chelsea leads the class.

Chelsea’s classes tune me in to my body, my breathing, and my mind and give me more energy to bring to my other daily activities.
